Ballet Education Series:
Talking Pointe

Are you an adult ballet dancer who dreams of dancing en pointe one day?

In collaboration with our community partner Sonata Dancewear, join us for the second instalment of the Ballet Education Series, Talking Pointe. During the talk, we will explore the realms of pre-pointe assessment, the importance of ballet conditioning, the intricacies of pointe shoe fitting, and essential knowledge about shoe and body care.

This event is your opportunity to gain insights into the world of pointe work. Additionally, a Q&A session will be dedicated to addressing your burning questions at the end of the talk.
