Gym Class Ballet

Gym Class Ballet is a ballet fitness programme suitable for all levels. Based on the Progressing Ballet Technique method, the exercises combine strength and stretch to ensure accurate muscle activation and increased mobility. In our classes, we use equipment such as fit balls, pilates balls, resistance bands, and wrist weights. This programme serves as a gentle introduction to ballet fitness techniques for non-dancers and a valuable supplement for those attending regular dance classes.
